LA CAO- CHINESE FOOD in iasi

The restaurant is on Smardan street and whenever i want to eat chinese i go there. In my opinion it 's an OK restaurant though the plastic chairs and tables ruin the terrace a bit . What did i order? Well it's the only place where i eat rice and actually enjoy it and go crazy about it. So i had la cao rice, chicken with sesame and a hot plate of hot pork and chicken with 10 ingredients. Yummmy!

What i really didn't like there was how the people stared at me ( the clients not the personal) because of the way i was dressed. Hmm...smart-pants!!!

The food was great as always and the sauce really had me on fire . The only funny thing that happened was when i gave the ordre to the new waitress....she just forgot it on her way to the bar and came back to ask me again but this time with a pen and a piece of paper.

PLUSES: My food was ready in less then 10 minutes , it was what i asked ,all the waitresses were nice .
MINUS: And this is a big minus .... the appearance of the place. It just need 's some fixing up!

KEEP ON THE GOOD WORK!

succesful restaurants

What makes a succesful restaurant?

I can answer that question and i will do more than that in this blog. I will write my own opinons about the restaurants i've went to and vote them negatively or positively. Maybe a top ten at the end of the blog will be helpful for others as well.
I have worked in quite many restaurants and the big secret to succes is GOOD FOOD and also GOOD WAITERS.
What makes a good food? Hmm...the best products on the market...not necesarely the expensive ones. Who makes a good food? A great chef. A great chef is a cook that enjoyes his work and always tries to bring something new to his cooking. He learns as he goes along and teaches others as well.

WAITERS...tough questions. There are different kind of waiters : the stiff ones , that bring your food with a crocodile smile and hate their jobs...and the natural ones. The natural waiter never takes into account that he spilled some of your drink on the table. He will just excuse himself and wipe it off. He jokes and makes you actually enjoy waiting for your food.

THE CLIENT... Well i don't have much to say about the client because you actually pick the restaurant. So find out after a rigurouse research your favourite food and what waiter would you enjoy ....then find them both in the same restaurant.

I'll come back...with more details.
